THIS MONTH'S FEATURED DRINK
In September, we're featuring Howard Park Wines' Jeté Sparkling range.
Howard Park Wines
Howard Park Wines is a pioneering West Australian family-owned winery, producing a range of handcrafted fine Australian wines from the state's premier grape growing regions of Margaret River and the Great Southern. Since its inception in 1986, Howard Park’s philosophy and mantra is simple - premium wine can only come from excellent fruit. This approach ensures that each bottle of Howard Park wine is the finest expression from these two regions and reflects more than three decades of handcrafting wines of provenance and elegance.
Jeté is a signature ballet movement requiring time, dedication, commitment and great skill to create the illusion of boundless control. The same principles are engaged to create Howard Park’s Jeté range of Methodé Traditionnelle sparklings, making wines of finesse, refinement, elegance and poise.
The cool climate Great Southern wine region is perfectly suited to growing fine Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes high in natural acidity, carefully selected for the sparkling wines.
There are three Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling wines in the range: Jeté Brut Blanc NV, Petit Jeté and Grand Jeté. In 2017 Howard Park’s Jeté Brut Blanc NV was awarded Best Australian Sparkling at the highly-respected Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships in London.
