Following the success of the inaugural Favourites concert WASO open their 2019 season with a new celebration of talented West Australian musicians. This year WASO has invited Paul O’Neill, James Clayton and Shuan Hern Lee to perform their favourite works in a concert bursting with classical hits.

The Orchestra is also delighted to welcome back to Perth WASO’s former Assistant Conductor (and now Dudamel Fellow with the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra) Elena Schwarz to conduct this concert which concludes with two of the most-loved works by George Gershwin and Aaron Copland.
