An adventurous 19th century novel in melody.

Johannes Fritzsch, Principal Guest Conductor of the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra, makes a much-anticipated return to WASO with Mozart’s grand Haffner symphony. Janaček’s Taras Bulba depicts the story of the ‘free man’ in an adventurous 19th century novel, and Smetana’s heartfelt ode to his beloved Czech homeland will have you humming as you leave.
