Music on the Terrace presented with Perth Festival
THIS EVENT WAS ORIGINALLY SATURDAY 13 FEBRUARY, 2021
If you have tickets for the original date, they are still valid for the new date!
No need to contact the Box Office, just come along.
Perth Festival has notified ticket holders of their ticket options via email if unable to make the new event date.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
We invite you to take a journey with us, one that begins with a little girl who spent her summer nights on a blanket under the stars.
After their stunning Festival performance Koorlangka in 2020, award-winning duo Gina Williams and Guy Ghouse bring us the second instalment of their four-part song-cycle. With her impossibly charming presence, Gina Williams is one of those rare performers who connects and captures audiences through the power of her music-making and humanity.
Continuing the theme of ‘it takes a village to raise a child’, Koort follows her personal journey as a child of the Stolen Generations. Bring a blanket and join us in the magnificent surrounds of Government House gardens for a musical story told in Noongar and English.
This is a picnic event. Please BYO blankets or low chairs.
This event will be Auslan interpreted.
Tickets through Perth Festival.
Mobile tickets will be emailed shortly after the order confirmation.
Gates open 6pm
*Times are approximate and subject to change at any point in time.
