St George's Concert Series brings Handel's Samson to Perth for the first time! Those who enjoyed Handel's Solomon at Perth Concert Hall in 2018 will not want to miss another of the composer's great, dramatic oratorios, telling the legendary story of Samson and Delilah.

Samson requires a large and rich Baroque orchestra, and features the famous 'Let the Bright Seraphim'. This magical aria, sung by Kiri te Kanawa at the wedding of Charles and Diana, will belong to the wonderful Sara Macliver.

In WA's first chance to witness a professional performance of Samson, WA's leading instrumentalists, soloists and choral ensemble will be directed by Dr Joseph Nolan, known for his meticulous and passionate approach, all of which makes this unique production unmissable.

Please note: This performance is at Perth Concert Hall
