The Romantic Harp with Alice Giles

This event is at Government House Ballroom.

Alice Giles is the doyen of the harp and is celebrated as one of the world’s leading harpists.

First Prize winner of the Eighth Israel International Harp Contest, she has had a wide and varied international solo career, from London’s Wigmore Hall, New York’s Merkin, ‘Y’ and Carnegie Halls, to Mawson Station, Antarctica, and continues to tour annually in the USA, Europe and Asia.

It is a great pleasure to present Alice Giles in a program for solo harp as well as chamber music with some of Perth’s leading musicians.
